The frames around the door and window are beautiful! Is this a place you were lucky enough to live in? I wish I lived in a beautiful house with gorgeous wood trim....someday.
Oh, don't I wish! This is in a gorgeous old house that you'd need lottery winnings to fix up and pay to heat in a semi-crappy part of town...but one of my friend's moms is a realtor, so we went to see it just for fun today.
the picture doesn't really show the scale of it. that door is at least 10 feet high, and has huge solid wood pocket doors in it. too bad they, and all the others in the house, don't work.
it seems like such a good deal at $90,000, until you think about all the cash it would take to do the extra work it needs, like making the doors work or switching the kitchen and baths from new but cheap to something befitting the rest of the house.
