In South Dakota, all the rest stops have these weird teepees made of concrete posts but no covers. They're sort of cool and pretty.
My dad and sister and I stopped at one on our way to Rapid City on a trip we took in 2000, and the sky was really lovely that day. I had to lie down in the middle of the teepee to get the shot, but I still think it was worth it.
