May the road rise up to meet you

Mom and MB and I spent six hours in the car today, delivering Little Sis to the closest international airport for her flight to Ireland. She'll be studying abroad there for the semester. As we speak, she's winging her way toward Shannon. I'm really happy for her, but I'm going to miss her a lot while she's away. I'm also extra glad that we had a photo made together before she left.


In other news, I got to indulge my clothes whore tendencies by hitting the clearance racks at Kohl's on Friday night with the bibliophile and at Target tonight with the bibliophile, evilducky, and rabidmonkey. Yay! I scored six new shirts, and a new pair of pants, photographed here with the jeans I bought at JC Penney the day my sister and I finished our Christmas shopping:



Now maybe I can go more than a week without wearing the same shirt to work out of desperation.
